RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, either fully or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with Article 102(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

Once the indicated period has ended, Bodega Luis y Ana, SL will not accept returns due to withdrawal from product purchases.

In the case of withdrawal from the purchase, the user must contact Bodega Luis Y Ana, SL by sending an email to info@luisyanawines.com.

In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

• The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, retaining its original packaging and labeling.

• The return must be made using the same box or, if not possible, a similar format that ensures the product's condition.

• The shipment should include proof of purchase along with the delivery receipt, indicating the products being returned.

2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Without prejudice to any other rights the user may have, they have the right to a refund for defective products or those delivered that do not match the order made. Additionally, the user has the right to claim and receive a replacement product in perfect condition.

In the case of returning defective products or products that do not match the order, the user must follow the procedure outlined in the previous section. However, the user will not be responsible for the return shipping costs for these products.

If the user has followed the procedure outlined in the previous section and the requirements have been met, Bodega Luisyana will refund the price paid for defective products or products that do not match the order, in accordance with the following section.

3. REFUND OF THE PRICE TO THE USER

If the user has followed the procedure outlined in this section and the requirements have been met, Bodega Luisyana will refund the price paid by the user for the returned products. In the case of withdrawal under the user's right of withdrawal described in Section 1, Bodega Luisyana will not pay or cover the return shipping costs.

The user will not be entitled to a refund for products returned that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or if the requirements set forth in these Return Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund for the corresponding price of the product(s) returned.

Bodega Luisyana will process the refund using the same payment method the user used during the purchase process, within a maximum of 30 days from the product collection and once Bodega Luisyana has verified that the returned products meet the requirements set forth in Sections 1 and 2. The application of the refund to the user's account will depend on their bank.
